Paul was drawn to the beautiful desert landscapes of the Valley when he attended an early Coachella Music Festival, an experience which later influenced his decision to relocate. Prior to real estate, Paul worked in the sales industry as a consultant and finance manager. Paul has a wide network including buyers, realtors, and investors spanning much of Southern California from the Coachella Valley to Los Angeles.

Paul cherishes the time he spends with his wife, a school teacher, and his toddler son Daveed. He is a seasoned traveler and loves to explore and experience new cultures and cities. Paul has traveled to Spain, Italy, France, Amsterdam, London, Turkey, Costa Rica and backpacked through Europe to enjoy electronic music festivals. Paul’s hobbies include hiking with his dog, Chiquita, on trails throughout the Coachella Valley and taking photographs and videos of the discoveries he makes along the way.
